From the time of the company’s inception it has committed to the design and development of at least one new fan convector product per year. Smith’s has met that promise. Smith’s Environmental Products is a wholly owned division of The Vent Rite Valve Corporation, a sister company to Smith’s Environmental Products Ltd. All are privately held and a part of the Swan Group, headquartered in Randolph, Massachusetts.
